playing peek-a-boo

This morning started off with my cell phone going kaput. Now every time I start it up, I get a blue screen of death, and the thing even refuses to give me the time of day. It's mildly funny how Murphy's Law kicks into effect on the days you don't really have the time for it. Another thing I can't figure out is prescription insurance plans. We just recently switched from Joseph's insurance (Medco) to my insurance (Medco) and previously they would cover seven generic Zofran pills per week, which was perfect. Now they only cover six generic Zofran pills per month. Go figure! I purchased my monthly quota yesterday, and I am praying I won't need more than six more days of Zofran... Otherwise Joseph will have to unleash his fury upon Medco. ;-)

I'm leaving for Des Moines today on a little business trip. Somehow when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it. "Ooh, traveling for work. Sounds so exciting!" Well, apart from the fact my hotel is nice and I get my expenses covered, I do not know how I am going to survive apart from my husband for three days! I have really gotten used to sleeping in the same bed with him (since he resigned from UPS), and it will be a pity to have a king sized bed and room service all to myself. I'll be back late Thursday night though... and then my parents and Evan are coming for a visit en route to see Grandpa in South Carolina. Yay!

Today is the big day that we get to see Baby D on ultrasound! We are going to bring a camera with and get some video footage of the ultrasound for all of you to enjoy. And of course, we'll be posting whether it's a boy or girl!
